MSF5000 CBX with MCS board

I have a MSF5000 CBX with MCS board and it turns on but I still get the code it did not start and reboots

Any ideas

SSCB jumpers set properly?

What jumpers need to be changed?

That I'm not sure - it may be that none need to be changed.
