XTS2500 Fail 001

So I have two VHF XTS2500 with the same model number. I did drag and drop to configure the two the same and set the ASTRO IDs differently. The radio that received the codeplug changes now has Fail 001 on the screen. I am using version 17.00.02 of the portable software. Any ideas?

Has the radio been aligned recently? Does it say Fail 001 on all channels, or just certain ones?

Has never been aligned but also never had any issues before. Gets the Fail 001 code on all channels.
