APX7000 not seeing Commander channel selection on power up

APX7000 not seeing Commander channel selection on power up

Current CPS/Firmware, using an XE with the 4104 RSM.

On power up, if channel "1" is on the radio and channel "2" is on the RSM, it will power up to channel 1. I've played with the CPS options and currently have external acc channel lock enabled and power up on last zone/channel et al unchecked. IIRC, the XTS radios with similar mics would see the RSM on a different channel and switch to the RSM selected channel.

What am I missing here?

A or B revision RSM?
