Centracom Gold Elite Tones

We have a Centracom Gold Elite that is connected to an MTR2000. We are the primary police dispatching entity, but transfer our ems and fire calls to other agencies for dispatching. Those agencies use Z-tron consoles. Z-tron consoles send pages correctly, siren then pager. We are the backup for both agencies but when we send a page out for one of the 5 fire/ems agencies the Centracom dispatches the pager tones first and the siren tones second. Is there a way to send the tones out correctly? I attempted to stack them manually via the standard page icon and clicking and draging them over in the order I want them to encode. But as soon as I drag the pager code over it automatically stacks it on top instead of below. The pages are also setup to send the siren/pager all at once....is there some sort of programming change I can make?

Only thing I can figure is its lining them up numerically.

Gold Elite sorts group pages alphabetically. Rename accordingly.
