NO, That radio uses RSS that only runs in DOS. and requires a serial port. The latest Jedi RSS does run on the faster Pentium processors.

Also note that the RSS used to program the HT1000, is the same as that used to program the Visar series as well.

CPS comes after the HT1000 in the form of the MT, MTS series jedi line, which also include the MTX sries for 800/900 radios.
