IS there some mod or hack i can plug into my xts2500 to have more than 16 channels per zone?
The radio came with 15zones + 250 personality's? also in SCAN lists only 15 are allowed per list...Strange.

The limitation has something to do with your FPP. It's actually 15 zones with 16 channels each, 240 personalities that are FPP. I'm sure it can be done if you rearrange your personality assignment to zones. That is, get rid of the higher zone and reassign the personalities to other zones and then add the CHAN softkey.
Correct on the scan list. It's actually 15 + 1. 15 channels you can scan plus the selected channel you're on. It's the Motorola way and no one's been able to figure out a way around this yet.
