Can you interface a astro spectra to a centracom with a tone remote panel and Also connect it to the ACIM to do the astro options?

Yes, but the ASTRO Spectra needs to be in a consolette that has a digital remote control board in it.
You wouldn't use a tone remote panel in this case. The keying is digital, via the ACIM connection.
I've never heard of a method of directly connecting an ASTRO Spectra to an ACIM without the Consolette/ACB equipment being part of it.
