CPS options grayed out

What radios do you own?: XTL5000;XTL2500,XTS5000,

CPS options grayed out

trying to change the TA function on a xts5000 but the direct frequency check box is grayed out. Any help would be appreciated

Check the radio wide settings.

Go to the Conventional and then VConventional again. Check box in middle of window for direct frequency.

Jim that is the Box that is grayed out and is unable to be checked.

Are you sure its not a simplex 'direct' frequency to begin with? Unless the RX and TX are different that field will not be available if I recall correctly.

yes they are set up as a repeated channel no "direct" frequency
