MODAT problem on Astro Saber 3

Post by WA6PMW »

I have an Astro Saber 3 using CPS R05.02.00
I am not using MODAT.
I recently moved a few personalities around and when I tried to save the changes
I keep getting an error in the MODAT emergency revert table.
Anybody else ever run into this?

Do you have at least one MODAT personality in the codeplug? (if not, you need to).
Just create a new zone by itself and park a MODAT personality there...then save and write.

I have never used MODAT.
What Info do I need to enter in that personality?

Don't enter anything...just create a dummy personality with non-working frequencies. You don't need to actually use that MODAT personality...but you need to have at least one personality configured for MODAT when using that Flashcode config.
