Pin extraction - siren/J1 connector

Post by Pj »

I do not have a "pin extraction tool" nor ever played with the internals of the 1439 siren connector. I am going to do the 130 watt option for dual speakers. The manual states to move a pin from one spot to another. Are there no solid/soldered connections behind the pins? Can I just use a needle nose pliers to move this?

Not that I want to kill anything on this...
