XTL5000 rear 25pin connector

Post by rescue52 »

Hi everyone,

I have an XTL5000 VHF radio with the 03 control head.

I’m looking for the pinout of the rear 25 pin accessory connector.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank in advance.

P.S. I do have a MOL account and I can’t seem to find the manual there.

Your not going to find a 25 pin accessory connector on the rear of any XTL mobile. There is a 26 pin connector there on the low and mid power radio though.

The info can be found in part 3 of the basic service manual 6881096C73-B. Unless you have the subscription to the Astro 25 software, you probably will never find it on the MOL site. It will be listed in the documentation section in the Astro 25 mobile radio radios.

Type XTL5000 accessory connector pinout into Google and then click on images. You will find both the 26 pin rear connector and the 25 pin front connector.
