MTS2000 w/ FCC ID 00000 ?

yep, Federal (NTIA) radios. No FCC certification needed.

I've had some MT2000's that were made in Schaumburg that had an FCC ID of 0000.

Not a bad price if you get all three. I'll bet there are DES-XL boards in them too.
