replacemnt battery for ntn7144cr

Post by e5911 »

Still using the MT2000 for HAM radio... love it

Does MOTO still sell this battery and if not is there a suitable aftermarket replacement?

Thanks

I would look at the WPNN4013A. It's a 2000 mah NiMH.

Is your charger NiMH compatible?

Also still a Jedi user. While the NTN7144 has been cancelled Moto still makes 5 different batteries for them, all NiMh except a MSHA approved NiCd.
If you can find NOS NTN7144 batteries they seem to hold up exceptionally well, I'm using 2006 dated batteries with excellent results, analyzing 85+%

Look for the AP-2000H battery. 2100 mAhr. NiMh.
