In need of some desperate advice, I have a motorola gm1280 that is displaying codeplug err on the display, Is they anything I can do to get the radio to spring back into life, It's a UHF version. I've got copies of various CPS's in the hope that someone can advice me on hopefully getting the radio to work.
Thanks In advance

My guess is that the codeplug got corrupted. You can try to clone your saved codeplug back into the radio. If you know what version of the CPS was last used on the radio, that is what you should be using.
It is always wise to save a copy of the codeplug of the radio in a safe place, other than in the directory that the CPS uses for it's normal archiving. This way if you do have a problem, you can go back and pull in the copy of the codeplug that you know was good when you saved it.

Re: Motorola GM1280 (issue)
No backup codeplug & everything I'm trying is failing fast, Even with the correct programming lead plugged in & the CPS running the radio just won't communicate with the CPS at all, don't gave Nother set to clone the codeplug from as I only have the one set
Thanks for any advice in advance
