21 days and MOL account address still not changed

Post by nc5p »

It's been 21 days and M still hasn't changed my address. Phone calls, emails, faxed letters, emailed letter attachments. The forms I faxed got lost it seems. I even supplied a utility bill to prove the new address is mine. The guy helping me on their end is very nice and is really trying, I'd really like to nominate him for an award. He has apoligized several times. Seems there's another department that keeps refusing to do it.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not really mad, just want to get it resolved so I can order some things.

It is very painful....took me 2 years to get my work address updated from some unknown address that I had no idea how it got there.
It took two (2) mis-directed invoices to finally get their attention.

All you can do is to open a case and hope for the best.

Glad to report they got it done this afternoon. (Maybe somebody there reads this forum?) I did get a nice apology as well.
