Astro P25 versus P25

Im preparing a Presentation about P25.
I need specific information about the differences of the Astro P25 versus plain P25.

Astro is a motorola term for digital. Astro P25=P25.

Astro25=P25, but doesn't automatically mean trunking. Just like an analog radio doesn't automatically make it a analog trunking radio.

Astro25, like any other "flavor" of P25, also has some proprietary features such as ADP encryption, that are specific to Motorola subscriber hardware. But at the network core level, at least as far as ISSI, it is supposed to be compatible with other vendors P25 offerings.

The P25 standard does allow for "proprietary features" to be utilized by all vendors.
