MTC 3000 Controlers

Post by truckpuller »

Can you change connect tones with out modifying the Fleet Map?
Does Motorola still supply the files when you need to change the Frequencies and tones?
As MTC 3000 is not a current Motorola product is there other vendors that Modify the frequency files?
I have experience with the older 6809 proms and understand MTC is different

Appreciate any help

MTC3600 uses a "codeplug" file that is usually supplied on diskette with the controller. This codeplug file determines the controllers parameters, frequencies, etc.

I believe Motorola still offers the ability to generate the files, but at what cost, I couldn't tell you.
