Wiring a GP300 speaker mic to CDM1550 radio

Hi guys,

I need some help...

How do i make an adapter from the Motorola 2 pin type (2.5mm + 3.5mm on a GP300 speaker mic) to Motorola CDM1550 radios (RJ45 mic input or accessory input)

I have tried, but i cant get the PTT / Mic audio to work
