Let's see:
- They state in their own press releases that the units are P25-compatible
- They have personnel on the P25 working group
- Their FCC cert has emissions types which jive with both Phase 1 and Phase 2 transmissions
- P25 is the gold standard for digital radio communications in the US, for better or worse
- Any company, Tait included, wants to develop products that are desired and will sell well
- P25 compatibility is a major selling point which will allow them to sell more radios
- APCO lists Tait as producing products compatible with P25
Seems to make sense to me that their radios are going to be P25 compliant, as they state in their press release.
Give it up, Larry, you're wrong. Since you're such a big :o in the digital radio sector (yeah, right), why don't you call them and ask? I bet you're so important that they'll send you a sample to play with.
