KVL3000+ Modem Won't Connect to KMF

Hi All,
I have three KVL3000+ keyloaders that are all programmed/configured the same, and all three have valid individual RSI numbers and access grants in the KMF. Two of the KVLs will dial to the KMF's modem and complete the handshake, then hang up. The third KVL will complete the call regardless of which of the three modems OR which of the three assigned RSI numbers I use in that KVL. The two KVLs that will not connect seem to function 100% in all other respects. All three have DES-OFB and AES algos enabled as does the KMF, and all three have the correct UKEK/KID, KMFRSI and KMF Mode enabled. The differences are as follows:
Unit #1 - Model T6717A Firmware 3.52.13
Unit #2 - Model T6717A Firmware 3.52.24
Unit #3 - Model T6717B Firmware 3.53.01
Is the issue I am experiencing related to the A/B suffix on the part number, or the firmware level? How could I get the two units (the "A" suffix ones) updated if that is the possible fix?
