channel stearing and PA like function

is there any way to program the radio to go to talk around automatically when it is out of range of the repeater
also a few of my customers have spectras now with the siren box (they like to use the air horn and pa to yell at there workersdo the XPR series have a PA tyoe function so they can use one mike and not have 2 now. i can replace the siren section with Whelen PAP but they dont really want 2 mikes
