HLN9359A programming stand for P1225

Does this double as a charging stand as well? If so, is it the equivalent to the "Intellicharger" required for the NiMH HNN9051 battery?

What other radios can be programmed with it?

What other radios can be programmed with it? Only P1215 radios.
