Hi
I currently have a bunch of GP328's GP328 plus's and some ICOMs. Just wondering what is the best way to find what frequency they are on? Can I use a USB programming cable to read it? And if i get some tunable uhf/vhf radios will they work with the current radios without hassle?

Easiest way (assuming you don't have all the specific programming cables and software for each radio) is to use an RF frequency counter.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/170661811778 The only thing the freq counter won't tell you is the PL/DPL code the radios are transmitting, if any. For this, you must either use the software, or a PL-decoding scanner.

Or Close Call, available on many Uniden scanners.

it also won't tell you the recieve frequency. Do not use a usb cable for the gp's. What's the model numbers on the back of the motorola's, we can at least give you a frequency range?
