HT1550 I think I bricked it

During reading somehow the battery died and I got a fail code. But now there is nothing on the screen. What else can it be? How can I fix this? I have CPS ver 6.10.02.

you shure you were reading it? Reading don't alter anything or write to the radio, you shure you didn't click on write?

Don't fault me for this, but have you charged the battery and/or made sure your battery isn't the issue?

any lights on or any hissing thru the speaker when you turn on? just reading it won't cause that even if you had the worst homemade usb adaptor
