minitor rf boards

Hi there...does anyone know how to read the model or lablel on a minitor rf board to tell the frequency? I seem to have some rf boards that have become mixed and am unable to decipher thier frequency and need some help.

They are 3's and 4's.....also have a question of how to read the code on the crystal of a min 2.....is there a place I can find a chart? Thanks

I figured out how to read the min 2s but dont know how to read the rf board markings for the 3, 4 or 5 ....is it the check mark on top of the abcd chart on the boards?
