Gold Elite / XTL5000 Consolette hookup

OK,
I know I am missing something stupid and having a brain fart . . . . .
What I have
Motorola Gold Elite Console connected to an XTL5000 Consolette(800 MHz if that matters)
All Equipment is on the same rack proximity. . . ie CEB and radio are in the same room a few rack bays apart with local cabling
Appropriate hookup as shown in the manual connecting to an ACIM/BIM
Everything was hooked up and working correctly.
Added one channel to the XTL5000 and can't get the channel list on the channel module on the Gold Elite side to refresh the Alpha Tags.
Can't see anywhere on the Server to set the channel names (Thought they pulled from the Radio via the ACIM but not sure)
What I have done, cycled power on the XTL5000 consolette, hit the reset button on the ACIM
But the Channel tags aren't matching up between the XTL and the Gold Elite.
I know I missed something . . . .
Any suggestions?
