The bypass module connects two pins together.
Last secure saber I had bought had a wire twist tie as the jumper- I know it don't sound like much but I used it for a couple of
years and it worked just fine. Can't remember which two pins need to be shorted-
anybody remember ?

If you are holding the radio right side up, and looking at the front of the board, the module jumpers the last socket position on the right most end of the upper row, and the second socket in from the left on the bottom row.
