Batboard

I have a couple of PM400 radios and would like them to remain muted while scanning like a pager. I setup the channel for QCII with AND muting and the alert tone does go off when a page is received however you still hear the audio on that channel while scanning and I would like it to remain muted and then open up after the QCII tones are received. (I.E. operate like a FD pager) while still scanning other channels. I realize that a call may be missed and I am okay with that. Does anyone know if that can be dome with the PM400 and how to make that happen?
