i have a motorola moden 36 and i need to interface it with a motorola spectra or astro spectra which would be better and easier possibly no programming involved and i need help with a cord and pinnouts for each all help is appreciated we are trying to get a mobile paging system for a small dept that is underbudgeted working as fast as possible

Scroll down to the desired radio and download the PDF for that radio. It will tell you which pin is for external PTT and external mic high.
