Has anyone had an issue while programming an mtr3k and then all of a sudden you can no longer communicate with the mtr and get an error message to check cable when trying to read or write?

Before it actually reads or writes, yes I've seen that. Not sure why it does that but we usually just unplug it, wait a few seconds, plug it back in and then it works OK.
