MCS2000 Discriminator

Hey gang, I'm trying to get discriminator/flat audio out of an MCS2000 to run a trunking decoder program. I've seen reference on here that Pin 11 is the right one to use, but I've also seen some say that is filtered audio. Can someone say for sure, and if it isn't discriminator audio, where could I find this in the radio? Many thanks!

Pin 11 is muted/de-emphasized (i.e. line-level) receive audio, and there isn't a programming or jumper setting to make it unmuted/flat. Gonna have to consult the service manual and tap it in the radio somewhere.
OTOH both GTX and LCS2000 (mobile) radios have unmuted/flat receive audio present at the accessory connector, and work great for feeding Unitrunker.

Does an MTX8000 have that option as well at the acc connector?

I've tried a GTX, however because the system is narrowband, Unitrunker doesn't like the signal I'm giving it. It seems there's just way too much noise.

I think you will find that the magic pin on a Spectra is 11.

Doesn't that need to be jumper-enabled on the command board for an analog Spectra?

RE: Pin 11 on Spectras. The book says that is true for analog Spectras but, I have somehow collected and number of Vs and Us over the years where that had somehow already been done. I would check for sure before opening one up.

Probably former data radios or something along that line...

I pull disc audio from PIN 25 for my AllStar 220 setup... 2 MCS2000 220 mhz radios out of Indonesia, RX unit I take PIN 25 and PIN 10(GND) to the USB FOB, TX Unit from the FOB- GND to PIN 10 on MCS2000, Left audio out to PIN 24 on MCS2000 and PTT out to PIN 21 on MCS2000...
Works great.

Sorry if this topic is dead, but i am looking for the correct pins on my MCS2000 UHF for a Discriminator output tap to DMRDecode Software.
If it is possible.
Thanks
Max

Per the service manual pin 25 is "BUFFERED DISCRIMINATOR"
