I have a ht750 that i am using the version 6.12.5 cps on. the radio has version 5.12.2 firmware in it. it is a 4 channel radio that i am wanting to setup a qcii receive channel in, when i go under the signaling systems all i have is MDC systems. what i am i over looking or is it a firmware issue. i am not very familiar with these radios as i am more of an astro guy.

Your lack of QC-II is a firmware issue, if MDC is the only signaling format shown, that is all you have available.
If the radio is an LS, or LS+, you may have other signaling options, but they would be for LTR trunking use only, and not able to be used in Conv. mode.
For the most part, if it's not in the signaling menu, it can't be accessed or used, period.
