Question on Quantar

I have some quantar data tac stations, But am in need of a VHF repeater, can you chage the exciter, PA and Rx and reuse the chasis and control board from the data tac to make a p25 repeater

Yes. But you will need to change the firmware of the SCM from Data to either IR or Non-IR for voice traffic.
