Mototrbo Error Code #1027

Hello all,
Having issues with a couple radios that have been returned from repair and upon trying to read the radio, I get Error Code #1027, codeplug not supported. I have recently purchased CPS 7.0 (build 356)within the last 6 months, so I should have the latest software. Any ideas???

Upgrade to 7.6, you don't have the latest software.

Yeppers... it just kinda stinks since I've had the current version less than 6 months... thanks escomm

It doesn't really "stink". It's a new product family with new models and features constantly being introduced, thus resulting in ongoing CPS upgrades, but since you said: "I have recently purchased CPS 7.0 (build 356)within the last 6 months", the upgrade is easy, it's a free download from MOL.
