I just bought a astro saber III UHF 450-520 and when in analog mode it get major feedback (only when turned loud) what might be causing this ???? I have noted that the 4 screws that hold the rf and vocoder boards are missing, any ideas would be great.

Order the screws and put them in. That by itself will probably fix the problem, since it will stabilize the vocon board in the frame.

I've found from personal experience that if those screws are missing, the radio is more prone to feed back at high volume. I've never had a feedback problem out of one of these radios if it had all its hardware and it was properly tightened.
