HFD8188 duplexer data sheet

Does Motorola publish a data sheet for the HFD8188 144-155MHz duplexer (which they advertise with TRBO repeaters)? Or is it just an off the shelf item made by one of the usual suspects?
The only information I can find about it is the minimum split for this duplexer is 4.5MHz. Given that in my application I'd be running very close to this with the (standard Australian) 4.6MHz high band split, I want to know how much isolation I'd be likely to get.
