Any good after market speaker mics for the HT series, other tha Motorola ? Theirs are not lasting long.

Have you tried the RMN5055 heavy duty RSMs though? They're more substanial than the typical ones: http://www.motorola.com/Business/US-EN/ ... 055A_US-EN

I adapted a ht1000 mic on mine and it works great
