2011 & Up F250/350 Fender Mount Antenna Bracket

Hello everyone,
I am starting this thread to see what folks are using for the 2011 Ford F250/350/etc. When you need to fender mount an antenna. We all know the best results will be obtained when going through the roof but there are certain applications where we must use the fender.
Due to a redesigned hood and fender on the 2011 and up models the previous brackets do not fit. I have posted a couple of pics of what I have seen used but wanted to poll everyone and see what else is being used. Perhaps something better. Please post pics if you have them
