Motorola Spectra Command Board Replacement

I found a thread here: http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5348
Long story short, when I repaired the Caps on the command board a while back, I did a shitty soldering job. Just fixed my A7 head that was malfunctioning with the DEK, and noticed the speaker pops. So I check the caps and 2 of the 4 fell off by just jiggling them. The pads are in bad shape...
Anyways, I have a spare command board. Easy to replace.
Question is after getting model/SN matching between it and the MLM, do I need to put back all of the tuning data I get from the "F2 SERVICE" screen from the old command board to the new one? I assume I do because of the other specific RX/TX components in the radio that were not replaced would need that specific tuning data.
And I want to make sure, is that all that is needed to be done or is there more?
Thanks.
