Where to get quotes for a mobile/portable repeater..

I am a member of my local CERT group and I have been asked to try and find some quotes for a mobile or portable repeater in the VHF hi band. The local EMA does have frequencies available. They need the quotes for a grant request. Anyone have an idea where to look for quotes and what might be the best setup?

...any local radio shop you may have contact with who can provide you with the services & work you may need.

I dont usually deal with the counties radios so I will have to pass that on.
