I have an APX7500 Dual band and trying to figure out a issue with some conventional p25 channels

They work on Repeater and when i push the direct/ta button i can talk on direct but cant receive on direct

Nac codes are 345 on one channel and 790 on another channel, the options to tell it what to use for direct are grayed out

Any ideas??

You also need to enable Direct / Talkaround under Conventional Personality, Frequency Options to ungrey that field

THat field is already checked to allow that channel to go to direct mode but it still has the Direct Network Id Greyed out
