I have a UHF purc5000 with the advanced control tray..I am trying to make a 440 rptr wirh it, having trouble figuring out how to pass analog audio thru it to the TX. It will key up with a rf signal as long as it has a digital or 1000 hz tone. Would I be better off modifying it to use a CAT-300 controller?
If I should sell it in its present condition, what would be a fair price?

CAT-300 Controlers are pretty neat, and are easy to setup and control. We have one in our Repeater in NY. It's running with 2 Maxtracs and a duplexor right now on about 10 watts. It works well, however it took some hacking of the 5 pin maxtracs to get it to work.

I don't know what radio your talking about that your using, but I hope you find the advice about the CAT-300 usefull
