I was wondering how far out of band a minitor III or IV will work I know the VHF "B" Split is 151-159 while the VHF "A" Split is 143-151. I'm trying to use these in the 144-148 area but so far have been able to locate mainly the 151-159 splits. Just wondering if the higher split can come down to 145.47 or 146.70.

I see where this can be done with hex editing to change the band split just wasn't sure if the hardware would actually work correctly.
