XTS5000 Display Locator Pad

When ordering the XTS5000 LCD display ( 72009264001) from Motorola, does it come with the rubber locator pad, or is that ordered seperatly? If it's ordered seperatly, what is the part number of the locator pad?

The rubber display locator is separate from the LCD. Part number is 7585189D01, minimum line item quantity of 5.
