Can someone please tell me what is the diference between the black face control head and the grey one on the xtl5000
I know the color is but what else??? I looked for a breakdown chart but was unable to find one.

Black ones are the current production ones and will work with the APX and XTL5000 radios.

The grey ones are XTL5000 only.
