I've trying to connect a Zetron Model 30 Worldpatch to a Motorola CM200 radio, I've checked the pinout on the accessory plug, the jumpers, the programming, and levels in the Zetron over and over again and I can't get a portable with DTMF to access a phone line, I can call in on the phone and talk to a radio. Any ideas on what I'm missing?

It is very possible that the DTMF tones are too high and are being distorted. They do not want to be as high as the voice modulation. As a matter of deviation, they want to be about half of what the voice modulation is. Many repeaters are set with way too much compression on the throughput audio. This just brings up the background noise and distorts any paging or DTMF tones.

You can monitor pin 12 of U13 with a volt meter. If there is a change of state while transmitting a dtmf digit, the Zetron is decoding properly. If all digits decode OK, then you'll have to look at programming in the model 30.
