Maratrac displays: "A" "B" "C" Modes????

Originally, the Maratrac was programmed with 9 channels (1, 2, 3, 4, etc). I am trying to add Modes (channels) to my Maratrac. I thought I had accomplished it correctly. I modified the code plug successfully (I thought).

My "Head" unit displays Mode (channels) A1, A2, A3, A4 then B then C then D, etc..

I can't figure out where the Prefixes (A, B, C, etc) are coming from. I just want channels 1, 2, 3, 4, etc... to display

I'm just starting out programming this thing. The Maratrac is working great on TX and Receive.

These radios will take up to 99 Modes (channels) according to my research.

In the software, there is a Zone/mode display selection. you have Zone enabled, so change it to"Mode".

You have a choice in the RSS as to selecting "Zone" which gives you the A< B< C indicators or just going with the channels 1-99

OK, I "thought" I had it - nope. I have been all over my Maratrac 5.0 RSS, and I can't find anything in there regarding "zones".. Just "Modes"

Any suggestions? thx

On the Radio Wide Configuration page, the last item is Zone/Mode Display. Disable that line.
