Quick MTR2000 Question

Can a MTR2000 do mdc1200 encoding from the repeater? I am not talking about just passing it from a mobile or a portable, can a mdc1200 code be generated from the MTR its self?

Not that I recall. It has no signalling except pl and dpl.
