I was wondering if there is a way to modify the minitor I pager to give off a continous alert instead of the regular beep beep.....

I don't think it can be easily changed in the Minitor 1 but you can fix the alert tone to be independent of the volume control. It takes removal of a small jumper and installation of about 2" of wire to do.

There is a way to fix the Alert tone on the Minitor Pagers to be a continous tone, such as the tone heard when decoding a Group Call. I dont recall the exact modifications, but it can be done.
