RTL4200A to R2014D cable

Hi Guys
I need to build a cable to go from the R2014D service monitor to the RTL4200A secure junction box. Does anyone know the pinouts from the D15 connector on the service monitor to the junction box. I have a feeling its not 1-1 through to 15-15.
RTL4200A to KVL cable schematic would be helpful as well.
